Fun with Heated Pearls

This technique is so easy. You'll need the following:

White School Glue
Glossy cardstock
Pearl Ex powders
Stipple brush or equivalent
Heat gun

1. Take your cardstock and smear the glue all over the surface.
Make sure it's thick enough so it won't dry too quickly.
2. Carefully sprinkle Pearl Ex powders (you choose the colors)
onto the glue and use the stipple brush to press it into the glue.
(Another way to do this is to add the Pearl Ex to the glue and
spread onto the cardstock - both get cool results - the latter would be less messy)
3. Heat until slightly bubbly. Be careful not to overheat or it will start to
smell funny. It helps if you heat from the bottom to avoid
spraying Pearl Ex all over in case it didn't stick well to the glue.
Let cool and that's it! Have fun!
